The senior attack led the Bengals to their first-ever NCAA playoff victory over Springfield on Wednesday, matching an NCAA tournament record with 10 goals and tying the Buffalo State mark with 13 points.  Shaddock added two goals and an assist on Saturday at Trinity to finish her career second in Division III history with 457 career points, including 262 goals.  Her 150 points this year led the nation and marked the fourth most ...

HARTFORD, Conn.—Buffalo State (14-7) scored six goals on just nine shots, but could not stop the No. 5-ranked team in the country Trinity College (18-1), as the host Bantams rolled to a 17-6 victory in the second round of the NCAA playoffs today, ending the Bengals' season.

Women’s Lacrosse Sprints Past Springfield into Second Round of NCAA Playoffs, 18-10
BUFFALO, NY--Karen Shaddock (Corning/Corning East) netted 10 goals and added three assists to lead Buffalo State (14-6) to a decisive 18-10 victory over visiting Springfield (11-8) in today's opening round of the NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse tournament today at Coyer Field.

Three Bengals Earn All-SUNYAC Softball Honors; Hollander, Curran Share Coach of the Year Honors
FREDONIA, NY—Senior short stop Kyrstin Lekki (N. Tonawanda/Niagara-Wheatfield) led three Buffalo State players on the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) All-Conference team, drawing first team distinction, while Breanna Fenski (Cheektowaga/Maryvale) and Lindsay Goff (Patterson/Brewster) earned second team honors.  Sandy Hollander and Marie Curran shared SUNYAC Coach of the Year honors.
