Buffalo State's men's and women's soccer programs will hold a Fundraiser Game to raise money for the American Red Cross Haiti Relief Fund on Saturday, Jan. 30 at 2 p.m.
The plan is to play the game on Coyer Field if the snow is cleared, otherwise the event will be moved indoors for a 4v4 tournament in the Sports Arena.
All former players of the men's and women's programs are invited to play as well as any other Buffalo State faculty and staff or friends of the Bengals' soccer programs. A donation to the cause prior to the game will be encouraged.
Buffalo State has had many soccer players of Haitian heritage wear the orange and black that have directly contributed to the many great successes of the Bengals' soccer programs.
Anyone interested in playing should contact Men’s Soccer Head Coach Rudy Pompert at
pomperra@buffalostate.edu or at 716-878-6631.
